What amenities do you offer?
We have a laundry facility, bathhouse, pump station, and propane filling. Each lot offers a concrete patio and plenty of shade from the numerous trees.
What hookups do you offer?
Each RV site has 30 amp, 50 amp, or both 30 and 50 amp electrical hookups, along with water and sewer hookups.
Is there additional parking?
Each site includes parking for an RV and 2 vehicles. Please ask the manager if you will need additional parking.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Yes. Give us a call at 251-675-6347 to reserve a site.
Can I reserve a site online?
Yes. You can use the “Book a Site” link at the top of this page to book online.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed if they are on a leash and accompanied by their owner. We do not allow pets to roam freely within the community.
Can I reserve a site in advance?
Yes. You can book in advance online or over the phone.
Do you allow long-term stays?
Absolutely! Many of the community residents are here on a long-term basis. Please call 251-675-6347 if you’re interested in booking a site for a long-term stay.
